WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

We can issue you a refund or replace your missing items within 30 days of purchase. Please take photos of the items, box and labels.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days but may take 10-14 days to deliver during major holidays.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns are eligible if items are unused and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us through email for this process. The buyer will be pay for return shipping and handling.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We use the cold process method to produce our soap bars. Our recipe consists primary of olive oil, coconut oil, goat's milk, glycerin, water and sodium hydroxide. We use fragrances and essential oils to scent our bars.
